Custom Specification Coordination
Overview
Many of the products we supply are made to a customer’s specification: wafers to a particular resistivity, thickness or epitaxial stack; AlSiC baseplates, lids and fixtures to a drawing; thermal interface materials die-cut to a footprint; devices in a non-standard package. Our Custom Specification Coordination service manages that process end to end — from your drawing or requirement to the manufacturer’s engineering review, quotation, first article and approval.
Why Choose Us
Custom work fails on communication. We work in both engineering languages, keep a single specification document that both sides sign, and stay with the job until the first article is approved.
Contact Us
Send a drawing, a specification or even a sketch with the key dimensions and performance requirements, and we will tell you what is feasible and what it will cost.
What We Offer
Specification capture: a controlled specification agreed between you and the manufacturer before any quotation.
Engineering review: manufacturability feedback, material and tolerance recommendations from the factory’s engineers.
Tooling and first article: tooling quotation, first-article build, inspection reports and your approval before production.
Change control: revisions managed through the same document so production never drifts from the approved spec.
Production hand-off: approved specification carried into standing supply under Supreme Pro’s terms.
Benefits
Custom parts built right the first time.
A single specification that both sides have signed.
Manufacturer engineering input before money is spent on tooling.
Controlled revisions, repeatable production.
